Contacting potential customers - cold calling
Promoting and selling a portfolio of products, services, and problem-solving while maintaining customer service by building relationships with existing clients.
Providing consultations to clients with product or service experts
Managing accounts toward sales and profit increase goals
Responding to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely manner
Monitoring changes in the ELD industry, delivery systems, and competitor activities
Ensuring all activities are in accordance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
English language - Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the Spanish/Russian language will be considered an advantage
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Available to work the afternoon shift (15 - 23h) - Sales department is constantly working the afternoon shift
Ability to negotiate and influence others
Understanding ELD and trucking industry key concepts and terminology is an advantage
