Job description: 

  •  Working from our office in Kragujevac 
  • Daily communication with software users 
  • Learning to work in our software
  • Solving ongoing user issues 
  • Monitoring changes in the system and reacting to prevent issues

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficient knowledge of the English language 
  • Proficient knowledge of the Russian language
  • Ability to work all shifts 
  • Good computer skills 
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and situations 
  • Analytical and able to work under pressure 
  • Experience in customer service (is an advantage) 
  • Team spirit
