Job description:

  • Work in the office
  • Communication with software users
  • Solving ongoing user issues
  • Monitoring changes in the system and reacting in order to prevent issues

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma (minimum)
  • Proficient knowledge of the English language
  • Proficient knowledge of the Spanish language
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and situations
  • Analytical and able to work under pressure
  • Experience in customer service (is an advantage)
  • Ability to work in all shifts
  • Team spirit
